I used to drink up to 5 cups of coffee per day. Now the typical cup of coffee can be as much as 100mg of caffeine and I was really addicted. I couldn’t live without my coffee. What I didn’t like though was the side effects of consuming all that coffee. I would suffer from heart burn and headaches.
